Comment
This hotel is fine if you drive there (only a couple of minutes off the main Rotterdam Ring Road) but is a good 15 minute walk to Alexander train and metro station, not so good if you have heavy cases.
Top Tip
Not much to do locally. There are a couple of bars and a 'casino' that seems to amount to a collection of slot machines. Take a train or metro in to the city centre (which are frequent - running to 0.30 in the morning) to find more to do - if you like heights and panoramic views the Euromast is fun (€8 to go up for an adult). There's a night bus apparently as well which drops off at the metro station after the service ends but since I didn't use it I can't vouch for it. There seems to be graffiti absolutely everywhere on the public transport system but I didn't see any evidence of anything worse going on, even late at night.
