The Westin Rotterdam Hotel takes up the first 14 floors of the ultra-modern, 32-storey Millennium Tower, which boasts a marble and glass facade. The lobby feels bright and airy, thanks to the exceptionally high ceiling. It also offers an imposing reception area, with potted plants, a marble floor and a carpeted seating area with modern furnishings. The 231 guestrooms boast a combination of light cherry wood and dark tan furniture, cream walls, beige carpets, silver lamps, and contemporary artworks. All of them also come equipped with a luxuriously huge "Westin" bed, topped with a 10-layer mattress and sumptuous snowy-white linen. They are kept in excellent condition, as are the tiled en suite bathrooms, which have cream, marble-effect tiled floors and dark granite sinks. The "Lighthouse Restaurant" invites guests to explore delicious international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a stylish atmosphere. It is furnished with deep red, royal blue and beige chairs, enhanced by discreet spot lighting. The "Lighthouse Bar", meanwhile, is decorated in a maritime style, with the bar itself fashioned to resemble a ship’s prow.
